TOP SECRET // DELTA GREEN EYES ONLY

Operation File: IAGO
Classification: LEVEL 6 – NEED TO KNOW
Date Opened: 05 October 2017
Operation Status: ACTIVE – INVESTIGATION IN PROGRESS

CELL COMPOSITION

Agent BEATRICE (Quantum Physicist)

Agent BLACK (Medic)

Agent BANDWIDTH (Media Specialist)

Agent BLAZE (Firefighter)

MISSION OBJECTIVES

Confirm circumstances surrounding the death of Special Agent Arthur Donnelley (FBI / long-term Delta Green asset).

Assess 1206 Spooner Avenue, Meadowbrook, NJ for ongoing unnatural threat potential.

Neutralize or contain any identified phenomena.

Maintain cover. Avoid exposure of Group’s existence.

BACKGROUND

On 22 September 2017, Special Agent Arthur Donnelley entered 1206 Spooner Avenue (subject of prior flagged surveillance since 1998) without clearance or protocol.

*

Donnelley’s remains were discovered by local law enforcement in the master bedroom. Cause of death: exsanguination via precise throat laceration. Forensics indicate extreme arterial spray (“blood bomb”). No weapon recovered.

*

Prior patterns of anomalous reports tied to the property warranted Delta Green escalation.

EQUIPMENT ISSUED

1x Cell phone (prepaid, three numbers only: Coroner, [local asset, friendly], Handler [Derringer]).

Local cover documentation (FBI/DoJ Joint Tasking Orders).

Contact list of Meadowbrook locals of note.

FIELD NOTES (INITIAL PHASE)

Day One – Arrival, Jersey City → Meadowbrook

Agents elected preliminary visual reconnaissance of 1206 Spooner Avenue.

Structure noted as unremarkable from exterior. Single gable window, standard porches, two-car garage. Notable anomaly: heavy ivy growth along north façade (unseasonal density).

Agent BLAZE: identified evidence of extensive architectural modification, inconsistent with age of original construction.

Local Interviews Conducted:

Maryanne Cooper – 1204 Spooner Ave.

Female, ~65. Resident since 1965. Minimal cooperation.

States prior occupant Yamilla Isari was “a nice girl.” Refused extended comment.

*

Alfred & Juliet Uleski – 1208 Spooner Ave.

Male (83) & Female (81). Residents since 1955. Reticent; admitted “the house has always had a dark cloud over it.”

Juliet repeatedly clutched St. Christopher medal during discussion. Signs of genuine fear.

*

Lucas Dreyer – 385 Valley Rd. (rear of 1208).

Male, 90. Resident for >70 years.

Provided extensive oral history:

Recalled original owner Isabelle Wheeler suffering mysterious ailment, sudden “recovery” in 1920s, deterioration by 1950s.Introduced figure identified only as “the Crone.” Believed to have resided with Wheeler. “Vanished suddenly” in 1956.Referred to “strange tenants” throughout decades thereafter.During this interview, Agent BLACK reconnoitered from second floor vantage:

Observed strange markings on Spooner ground floor (chalk/tape geometric forms).

*

*

Imogen Klasky – 389 Valley Rd.

Female, 92. Resident ~70 years.

Independent confirmation of Wheeler and “the Crone.”Crossed herself while recounting. Reinforces perception of folkloric dread attached to house. From upstairs vantage, Agents observed:

Master bedroom lined with mirrors on walls.

Floor markings (chalk/tape) consistent with occult or ritual preparation.

*

Day One – Evening

Agents reconvened at motel (cover lodging).

Group discussion noted consistent pattern of fear and avoidance among long-term residents.

General consensus: “The ordinariness of the house is interesting…..the neighbours are suspicious.”

PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS

Subject property exhibits multigenerational stigma among residents.

Multiple independent witnesses corroborate presence of a mysterious female (“the Crone”) linked to Wheeler household, disappearance mid-20th century.

Current evidence (mirrors, ritual markings) indicates ritualistic activity within last decade. Possibly continuous.

Donnelley’s death pattern inconsistent with mundane homicide. Blood dispersal suggests extreme arterial force. No weapon recovered → potential paranormal causation.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Further controlled entry and survey of 1206 Spooner Avenue required. Agents must prepare counter-occult protocols.

Continued HUMINT collection on elderly residents: potential living memory of “Crone” may yield actionable patterns.

Psychological screening for Agents advised; prolonged exposure to Spooner may degrade operational effectiveness.

Maintain strict cover narrative: joint federal investigation into Donnelley’s death.
